The Process

Step 01
If you are struggling due to anxiety, stress, peer or family issues. If you are training hard, trying your best and not able to achieve your desired success, reach out to me. I’ll send over some intake forms for you to complete. They’ll give you a chance to share what you’re currently struggling with, along with your goals.
Step 02
Session lasts upto 45-50 minutes
In the initial session, we shall discuss your challenges, needs and the goals that you want to achieve. I shall also delve in-depth into the history related to your struggles and issues.
This is the perfect time to ask any questions you might have – whether about the therapy process, the level of commitment involved, or anything else that feels important to you. If you have specific expectations for the therapy or your counsellor, it’s helpful to share them openly now. Together, we’ll also explore whether we’re a good fit to move forward in a professional therapeutic relationship.


Step 03
Session lasts upto 45 minutes
We’ll begin therapy by exploring and increasing your awareness of what may be holding you back. Together, we’ll take a deeper look at these patterns and how they may be impacting your life.
Depending on your specific challenges and availability, we’ll schedule sessions either weekly or biweekly. We’ll create a personalized plan of action aimed at enhancing your performance, relationships, mood, and overall quality of life. Throughout the process, we’ll explore various approaches to help you reach your goals and identify the methods that resonate best with you.
